[RVRC] Balloon Project presentation at the ETSNJ March 27th Business meeting

Members and friends of ETSNJ,

Mike Terruso, KD2HDW, will be the guest speaker at the March 27, 2015 ETSNJ
Business Meeting. ETSNJ meets at 430 Westfield Ave, , Clark NJ at 8pm on the
last Friday of each month.

The intent of his presentation is to engage as many HAM's as possible in
tracking a high altitude balloon payload.  Both mobile and base station
tracking if possible but at a minimum base station tracking. 

The presentation will highlight the payload and equipment used during the
flight as well as photos from the last launch in 2014. In addition he will
cover safety and FAA regulations.  He will basically explain the entire
flight from planning to execution to recovery.  Mike will also open the
project up to whoever wishes to assist in any part of the project.
 With all of the technical minds in the room some new ideas may come up
which can be incorporated into the project.

Mike thanks ETSNJ for the opportunity to present information about his
project. If interested please show up and show our support for his interest
in this facet of ham radio and accept his invitation to participate in the
