[RVRC] High Altitude Ballooning - WA4LOQ

Hello all.  Tomorrows schedule launch of the High Altitude Balloon has been postponed due to predicted weather conditions.  Once I have a reschedule date I will advise.  I will also be sending out some instructions on frequency and other important information related to the flight.
