[RVRC] Earlier flare this a.m...M 2.7

There was an earlier solar 'flare' this morning, prior to the M 3.9 that occurred at 6:40 a.m. and it was this one at M 2.7. which was recorded at 11:30 p.m. last evening!  

The sun is quite active lately causing lot's of variables in propagation!
