[RVRC] Wants to join

Members,
I spoke to Andrew on Aug. 10, 2015. He has a Baofeng UV5R which he 
purchased to use with his place of employment. He wants to pursue 
acquiring his Technician license. I gave him information about the 
appropriate study guides to include the ARRL series, KB6NU's no-nonsense 
downloadable study guides and Hamstudy.org. I also discussed how to set 
up a study plan and suggestion on how to approach his objective.
I also invited him to attend our meeting tonight, so please make him 
feel welcomed.
