Excuse me Drew but it was more than 24 hours, more like 72+ hours and I 
had only found out about it myself. I really feel sorry for the club, I 
thought hams were supposed to be ready for anything at a moments notice. 
If the club can't respond to public service events then I can only 
imagine your responses to major emergencies. "oh I'm sorry I can't help, 
I have to take my kid to soccer practice, oh I'm sorry I can't help, I 
have to run the social net, oh I'm sorry I have a date..." and it's not 
just because people get busy, this club just doesn't want to do extra 
and I should have known better than to ask. I figured out of the 
membership, I would have found 2 or 3 that weren't busy to pull this 
event off. Silly me!!!
