[RVRC] Win System Tech net

Hi Pete,
We use to run the W2QW Tech net on Friday nights when Eric was around.
He was the NCS and Marty was a regular as well as other astute members.
It was interesting. I don't know why it was discontinued as there were
interesting discussions.
