[RVRC] CQ Magazine Delivery issue

Marvin,
I spoke with Customer service at CQ Magazine this morning regarding the 
late arrivals of their CQ Magazine publication. They acknowledged that 
the August issue was mailed out very late so that many subscribers 
reported

 non-receipt until October 3, 2014.

I inquired as to the reason issues SINCE June 2014 have been 2-3 weeks 
late in circulation online (Zinio) and hard copy. The representative 
profusely apologized. When asked if there was an underlying problem 
subscribers should know about the reply was that they were undergoing 
some restructuring difficulties that they hope will be resolved soon. 
The September issue will circulate in 2 weeks and they expect the 
October issue will be released shortly after that bringing them back on 
track.

Finally, I inquired if there was any likelihood that publication was in 
danger of being discontinued? (i.e. 73 Magazine, Ham Radio mag. etc.) 
and the reply was "definitely not". Lets hope this is not the case as CQ 
is one of my favorite magazines.
