A new 'bill' is proposed to clamp down even 'harder' on the use of hand held devices while mobile.  This new bill would most likely make it a violation to use your mobile radio even while stopped at a traffic light or in traffic jams.

We should all probably consider getting ''hands-free'' devices for our mobile 'rigs'.  Not only will it prevent unnecessary stops and hassles on the road but it will make it safer to allow both hands on the wheel.
