[RVRC] Hamfest publicity

Members,
Our hamfest is now just around the corner. If you can please make an effort
to talk up our event to Hams you are associated with and even go as far as
asking them to mention it to their circle of friends and amateur radio clubs
they belong to. Additionally, if you can locate an address for your local
newspapers and tabloids, please provide them with information about our
event. The information is as follows:
