[RVRC] New video (for KC2YSF)

I'm posting this to the RVRC list because I don't have an email address for
Bruce KC2YSF, and because there may be some additional people interested in
it.

This video describes an automatic audio leveling circuit.  The application
in mind for this circuit is to use it to make each signal received in a
scanner have the same basic audio level (since often times there can be a
large variation between services, channels, etc.).
