Members,
A number of years back we enlisted the service of a ''mobile caterer''. (A
mobile hot food service) There are two types that would most likely be
available with short notice.
One is pre-packaged goods. the other is hot foods to cooked to
order........ie., breakfast eggs/bacon/sausage/etc. and burgers, etc.
There was a company based in South Plainfield which we had used. I am
certain that we can get a ''mobile caterer'' on very short notice for a
Saturday. To my memory, the food was good and there was a large selection
of sandwiches and hot foods available.
