[RVRC] Icom radios no longer needed to use D-STAR

Guys,

 

                Here's a great video showing that access to D-STAR can now
be accomplished from plain-old analog radios! The DV-3000 board shown in the
video connects to the Raspberry Pi in a similar way that you use the DVAP. 

 

                The only downside to this is that the end users on the
analog radios would not be able to choose where the system is linked to.
That would have to be chosen by the system admin that is running the bridge.
