[RVRC] Update to the W2QW.net website

Guys,

 

                I finally got around to updating the w2qw.net website with a
cleaner & simpler web template that matches our club colors as best as I can
make it.

 

                Alan, W2AEW's video from the hamfest is prominently
displayed on the main page, and the link for the 2014 hamfest photo gallery
is on the right side. Once I have some more time, I will get the other
galleries (like the antenna work party) migrated over.
