At this time I am opposed to voting yes on the new member. 

If there was only one reading there must be a second reading with the member present.

Circumventing the bylaws just does not fly. And you can't change the bylaws with out the change being proposed, read at several meetings and then voted on.

We all went through the process so why should anyone else be different.

I am in favor of bringing in new members and once there is a second reading I will cast my ballot.
