[RVRC] 440 band open tonight,Sunday

Just as a point of information,  I was watching TV this evening when my HT opened up on one of the frequencies I monitor (443.7).  At a ''full quieting'' signal I was listening to N3KZ (University of Penn.) located 175 miles from South Plainfield (My QTH)!!!   This is at ground level INSIDE my home!!!  It's now 11:30 p.m. and the band is still open.
