[RVRC] Interference on 2 meters

As a follow up I took a drive around and I think it is local. Seems to be
about a mile or two NW of here. It must change in intensity as It is not
bothering the repeater at present but it is still there. This is not the
usual interfereance on the output  from  the catskills. I did hear them in
there as the 10 meter link is bringing in some Europeans.

We are getting an intermittent "buzz saw" interference on 2 meters.  It does
not have a PL,  so you won't hear it on the repeater other than  under
weaker signals or as a squelch tail. It started  yesterday I think. I picked
it up on my HT on the input frequency of 146.025. It was pretty strong and
seemed to be coming from the east of me as I used my body to block the
signal. If anyone has the time and equipment to try to help locate the
source, A beam and rotor will be useful for triangulation.
