[RVRC] HELP!

Not sure how to send an e-mail out to the membership but I need to find
someone who can help me program the frequencies into my Kenwood TM-V71A.  I
have it all hooked up now but I can't talk on it because I can't program
the freqs, PL, or repeater codes in.  Anyone who can help, would be greatly
appreciated.
