[RVRC] W2QW 2 Meter repeater

Members  and friends of R.V.R.C., Post hurricane Sandi, we now have a new 2
meter antenna on top of the tower. This antenna should have a slightly
different pattern from the ones in the past. It would be good if we can get
tests from stations around the area particularly those on the fringes of our
coverage area. This can be either mobile or fixed stations. I will try to be
monitoring as well as some other members. If you do try to "kerchunk" the
repeater, please Identify so we don't confuse it with interference.

Please let's get the machine active again.
