[RVRC] Help needed by the members for Hamfest Publicity

Members,

As mentioned last year as part of the hamfest review the committee needs
information (mailing address, telephone numbers, etc.) for local newspapers,
tablets, Radio and Cable TV local origination channels,  for the communities
for areas surrounding our Hamfest areas. One example is the U.S. Route 1
newspaper. Several visitor at last year's event saw information about our
event in their local publication. It doesn't matter how large or small their
subscriber audience target. People that see events such as ours sometimes
pass the word to their friends by word of mouth.

Please pass this information to me as soon as possible so we can pass
information to them in a timely way. Anything you provide would be greatly
appreciated.
