[RVRC] R.V.R.C. Membership Dues

2013 dues were due in January. Now that February is finished, I must once
again remind those in arrears to Pay their dues. If you are not planning to
renew, please let me know. A reason is not needed. If you have a financial
hardship that the president is not aware of, please communicate that  for
consideration as well.
