          What are sun outages? 
Good question. They're caused twice a year by the sun's interference 
with satellites that deliver TV service.

Between February 28th and March 8th, you might notice an interruption in TV 
service that only lasts a few minutes, which may be caused by sun 
outages. Service will come back automatically.
