[RVRC] W2EMU Gift Box: Unidentified items

Thanks to Richmond, W2EMU, the unidentified modules in the gift box have
been clarified (see below).

The module with concentric dials is a precision decade resistor, as is the
series of blocks.  These are used to balance a Wheatstone bridge to
accurately measure an unknown resistance or impedance.   Look up "Wheatstone
impedance bridge" on the web for details.
