[RVRC] More on KWO-35 outages

There remains to be problems at KWO-35, the NWS weather information broadcast station on 162.550 MHz. in NYC.  They are experiencing some periodic ''outages'' such as that of this morning and early afternoon. (Friday, Aug. 9).

They have been broadcasting some warnings and alert notifications.  Should the station be ''down'' again while they may be issuing an alert, it would be missed.

The station in Howell Twnsp on 162.450 has not been experiencing any interruptions and it might be a good idea to put that station in your weather station alert monitors.
162.400 for Northeast Pa./Northwest NJ and 162.475 Philadelphia metro area/eastern PA/Southwestern NJ.
