[RVRC] 'request for comment'

Hello all, I'm sending this quick email out before the meeting to give
everyone an idea of how the "request for comment" question was answered. The
answer in a nut shell is that all the reports that were returned to us were
favorable for keeping the WAN in operation. We will discuss this more
tomorrow night at the meeting. I was disappointed that we did not receive as
many replies as I thought we should have, that being said, see you tomorrow
