[RVRC] Make sure all portables are charged or charging

RE: Hurricane SANDY Lights flickered at least once already this morning here in Linden, NJ. If you haven't already, make sure all of your HT's and cell phones, and other portable devices, are, or have been CHARGING; even the weather stations are saying any power outages could last for some time, before power is restored. (And you can't cook everything in your freezer before it spoils from lack of power.
