If you know neighbors or friends without power, tell them to notify PSE  & G or JCP & L    of the problem because localized outages may not be pinpointed in the company's database.

An Important Message for our Customers
Hurricane Sandy brought unprecedented damage to New Jersey. We know that our customers have experienced storm-related hardships, and our hearts go out to each of you dealing with the aftermath. We are doing everything possible to ensure that every customer has power restored. 

It is important that we know if your power is out because some remaining outages result from more localized issues not corrected after a larger outage was restored. If you remain without power, please call 1.800.436.7734. If our automated system indicates that an outage in your area has been restored, proceed by entering a No Power order. If the system indicates we have your order, there is no need to report a new one. We continue to work around the clock until every customer is restored.
