I am sending this email to remove any confusion in what I said at the
meeting.  I am willing to work with the club on getting the shed up and in
place as long as we are moving forward with the project.  This project was
first brought up in February and a total of three months has since passed.
Now that nicer weather has arrived, it would not benefit anyone to allow the
time to fly away.  With that said, here are the deadlines that I, as the
property owner, am setting to protect myself.  The shed must be ordered by
no later than Jun. 15th this year and we must be ready or close to ready to
move in by Dec. 1st this year.   Doing this will protect both myself and the
club.  Please do not force my hand on this as for over 25 years I have
received little from the club for electric and other expenses the repeater
creates for me.   I am very thankful for the club now reimbursing the costs
I incur, however, this project needs to be done sooner than later.
