State Police Add Texting to Emergency Communications:

West Trenton, N.J. -- New Jersey residents will now be able to receive
critical information from the New Jersey State Police (NJSP) and the New
Jersey Office of Emergency Management (NJOEM) on their cell phones and PDA’s
with the use of a free, web-based service.
