I do not believe we need to discuss how others may violate or bend the terms of service rules.  If the Residential FIOS Terms of Service say No Servers then its not going to support what we need.  We go business class or we can take over the Cablevision account on our own.  Going to our own Cablevision account would require a business account anyway (Optimum Online Boost running only http on port 80) since standard service also restricts any use of servers, so I don't see the value in discussing ways to get past the rules.
