"The Humber Fortress DX ARC is proud to announce and congratulate its 
youngest new Member Miss Kayleigh Huntley, on passing her Foundation 
exam at age 5 years and eleven months."

(The foundation license is equivalent to our Tech; while one has to know 
that a bit of teaching went on to prepare her...this is kind of neat to 
think that a kid of this age will have the privilege of sharing the 
bands with the rest of us "Old Pharts"....:)  And, no, this was not 
released on April 1...)
