[RVRC] System Maintenance

The W2QW repeaters (2m, 440) as well as the NW2P 900 system will be 
down, at some point during this weekend, for minor maintenance. 
Announcement will be made over the air before the machines are taken 
down.  I'm targeting Saturday late afternoon; it may be Sunday 
afternoon, though, depending on the honeydo schedule and some work with 
a fellow club member.

Will attempt to keep it as short as possible; it's basically power 
wiring for the control computer and some minor clean up of the rack, as 
well as battery maintenance and general activities to ensure we get 
through the coming few months with as little drama as possible.
