Just ran across a couple of things on the NIST.
First of all, like everyone they are facing budget cutbacks and have set up a survey to see what services people use most and least. If you want to add your two cents worth, the survey is at: www.tf.nist.gov/survey I chimed in on WWV, WWVB (atomic clocks) and the web services.
Second (no pun intended,) I ran across this widget from NIST that can be added to any web site. What is interesting is the accuracy. I don't quite know how they do this with all of the variable latency of the Internet, but in calling this up on my computer, its within a few hundred milliseconds of the WWVB clock here in my office!

Thought you might find it interesting . .
