[RVRC] General thoughts on id'ing

I think Bryan is on the right track - announcing the repeater to which you
are listening might assist someone who wants to reply. However, I believe
that with all our linkage - if you can hear 'em, you can work 'em- might
apply.
In the D-Star world, to Drew's point, you do have to know the path because
you might not be able to reply directly to someone you can hear, so
announcing your path is important.
