[RVRC] General thoughts on id'ing

The operating procedure in the repeater manual is to give your call and say
listening. It would help if they respond to someone calling them.

Everyone is aware that I listen to both QW repeaters.

I am constantly hearing someoneannouncing wz2xyz listening monitoring,
mobile or something that doesn't tell others if they are really wanting to
talk to someone.

The traditional method of saying you are hear and want to talk to anyone is
cq

Also since I scan both repeaters, I have no idea Where you are to call you
back.

Please put your band or freq with your call.
