[RVRC] Picture: AbandOned UniVersiTy L

The bottom 'scale' on the meter suggests it is a "VU" 
calibration...............perhaps it is an audio osc/generator? Maybe a 
multi-waveform type?

P.S. Some of the photos in the collection show that this facility had quite 
the 'lab' (educational?)!
