[RVRC] RVRC Loaner program

Sounds like a worthwhile program. I currently have a HT out on loan to a
guy who was licensed as a teenager but hasn't been active for many years (he
talks about using crystals in his 2m FM set). I have other equipment that
is unused. Maybe the committee could put out requests for specific items as
the need arises and then those who are willing can respond with their
available gear.
