[RVRC] Obituary: KC2EVL, Walter Chase

Thanks, Gerry.  So many things you don't learn about a person when you talk
with them on the radio, it was nice to learn some more about Walter's life
and family.  He was always great fun to talk with on the air.  I've missed
him since he's been ill, and we'll all miss him in time to come.
