[RVRC] Cross Post: 34/94 interference

Well...if they're not coordinated through Metrocor...while coordination
has NO legal (ie FCC-ish) standing, the commission, if faced with making
a judgement who is operating in the spirit of Part 97, will, all things
being equal, tend to side with the organization who has played by the
'rules' so to speak, rather than the interlopers.  While no organization
has any rights to any frequency in the amateur band, coordinating bodies
are there to do just that.
