[RVRC] Hamfest Flyer reminder

To members of RVRC,

Last month a request went out to the membership on 11/9/11 to ask members if
they could each make 25 copies of the 2012 Hamfest flyer. A copy of the
flyer was attached with that e-mail and is also available on our website at
http://www.w2qw.org/fest2012-b.pdf  

There was a good response at our November meeting and some members bought
their copies to the meeting. After that meeting positive responses continued
to roll in and certain members were able to make substantially more than
their share of copies. Hopefully flyers will be delivered at our December
Business meeting from many other members. If you can make 25 copies please
bring them with you to the meeting and give them to myself, W2OU, or to
Rich, W2PQ. If you can't make the December 14th meeting try to get them to
someone that will be at the meeting.

This would accomplish two things. 1.> We'll have enough flyers to distribute
and 2.> it would save the club almost $300 in printing cost.
