[RVRC] Heathkit back from the dead

Alex, The company was bought and sold a few times. Only the name is left of
the kit business. The engineers and the "we won't let you fail" attitude
are gone. They are asking for suggestions for kits? They will find it hard
to find components with leads anymore. I'll wait for the reviews.

Anyway you look at it, its great news if you ask me!
Its not clear to me yet what kind of radio offerings they will have but I
assume given their legacy and well-known brand across the ham community,
they will offer something! :-)
