[RVRC] Net Reminder

RVRC Social Net is on at 8PM.  News, check-ins, discussion, perhaps
Marshall will be by with the latest in Wx information, thoughts about
the geomag storm that's kept the bands quiet this weekend...and whatever
else comes up.  Some news from Amateur Radio News, ARRL, QRZ, etc.
Trying to keep it interesting.

To participate in the video and chatroom, it's probably easier if you go
to the mashup page

and choose the low res page (the high res has two separate feeds...).

Note that there is the chat room at the bottom.  If you type something
in the box and aren't logged in, you will be presented with a login
screen.  Use you USTREAM login (not the rvrc login, not your email
login, but your USTREAM login to access the chat room.  RVRC does not
control this login, so, if you don't have one, you'll have to register
at www.ustream.tv for a userid and password.

As a gentle reminder...please listen for the net to be handed over to
you if you want to speak.  Couple times in the last couple nets, people
have just started speaking over previous transmissions.  While this is
not a directed net, a little courtesy goes a long way.

Also...if you are coming in via Echo or Allstar, please leave a bit of a
gap between receiving the net and starting your transmission.  Since the
net is built on VoIP and digital signal techniques...all the encoding
and decoding does take a couple seconds, as well as all the signals
getting to the right place, before everything is copacetic.
