Hello everyone, I hope the text of this message is okay. Previous email dad no text. I have a proablem and hope it is corrected.

 

The by laws states:  Special meetings of the organization shall be held at the call of the president or vice president or at a written request of not less than ywo-thirds of the total members in good standing.     

     A. the object of a special meeting must be stated in the    call and no other business shall be transacted at such a meeting. A minimum of seven days notice is required before such meeting.

 

At the March 9, 2011 a bylaw change was approved and it basically says that expendatures in excess of $200.00 must be presented at a  business meeting prior to the expenditure.
