[RVRC] Fw: Emergency RVRC Meeting

All,

	We have the ability to do a conference call directly through AllStar
- the problem for some is that our Google Voice number that dials into it is
from some state out-west (Paul knows which one).

	I'm not even sure if that's a legal way to conduct a vote, but if it
is, I'm all for doing it electronically.

If it it isn't tomorrow AM sometime, I can't come.  I'm going to be driving
to VA for my work assignment & I'll be there all week.

Have you heard of "telepresence"?  We could all join a Skype conference
call, etc.
