[RVRC] Final Reminder!!!!

This is a final reminder for members to respond to me if you want to help with shareathon. You don't need to be Christian to participate, it is a great opportunity for us to show what we are about while performing a public service and would also like a few members who would be willing to do a live demonstration on IRLP and HF. 
 
To date I have only myself and 1 other member willing to step up to the plate. I would really like at LEAST 3 or more. If we want to keep the hobby alive then we NEED to be visible to our communty and let them know what we are about and that we are proud of our hobby and our club. Please respond by Sunday October 10 so I have a head count of how many will be volunteering and what duties you are signing up for so I can provide further details.



 
I would like to know who would be interested to volunteer time on Saturday Nov. 20, 2010 from 1:30 PM-5:00 PM for the Star99.1FM listener supported Christian music station for their annual Shareathon fundraiser? This would be a great activity to do as a club and get us some great exposure for RVRC and public service as well. Duties to volunteer for are as follows:
 
Answer calls/data entry
Data entry only
General Administrative
Greeter/detail tracking
Kitchen helper
