[RVRC] HELP WANTED: JUNE ARRL VHF/UHF CONTEST OPS

Hello, All. I've operated the January VHF/UHF contest from Al's QTH a
number of times and found it to be a very rewarding experience. K3EOD
mounts a pretty good effort in the contests, running bands from 6m up
through microwaves! I've worked bands and modes (like Meteor Scatter)
from his house that I had never heard of before!

I am ham radio'ed out in June, with the RVRC Hamfest on Saturday, June
19 at Piscataway, NJ High School, and Field Day June 26 at DSRC
/Sarnoff (and DVRA/Mercer County Park). This year I hope to erect my
new Buddipole Deluxe System and do some experiments with that. So, no
VHF/UHF contest for me in June! Oh, and June 20 is our 40th wedding
anniversary, so I'll probably have to do something about that, too!

Please contact Al directly via email at k3eod at basicisp.net if you
would like to operate from K3EOD. It's worth the drive to Vineland
just for the experience! Also, Al's a pretty good host when it comes
to feeding his guests! 73,

GJ

Hi Guys

The June contest is the weekend of June 12 - 13, and It looks I will
have only 1 operator plus myself on Saturday and 2 operators plus
myself for some of the time on Sunday.

If you know of anyone who might want to come over and do some
operating here over the weekend (especially on Saturday during the day
and evening) Please let me know ASAP.

Thanks
