[RVRC] Wouxon radio update

I was talking to one of our software engineers here in the office.  He's
Chinese from Taiwan.  He says the name Wouxon (looking at their Chinese
website) would be pronounced like the word "Ocean" with a silent W - the
first character of the name can refer to either someone's last name or
"European" as perhaps they have a European connection.  Also, their location
is a province directly across the strait from Taiwan.  According to their
Chinese About Us, they've been in business since about 2000.  He says the
certificates on the Chinese site refer to ISO certification.

Interesting, eh?!
