[RVRC] New home needed for QW

Don't worry, I'm not evicting the club.

We need a location to put up a receive site.

It should be someplace that covers a good percentage of our coverage area.

If when the repeater is working, the site improves our portable coverage, it
might be permanent.

We need an internet connection , AC power and a place for the antenna.
