Basic Level Class - September 29 2010
Advanced Level Class - October 6 2010

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR EITHER OR BOTH CLASSES!

More information, including information on Pre-registration is available here:

Note: There is no requirement that a SKYWARN Spotter also be an amateur radio operator, or that they attend a Class in their county of residence or even in their NWS Forecast Office County Warning Area. Both the NWS Mt Holly NJ and the NWS Upton NY require all SKYWARN Spotters to attend a SKYWARN Training Class at least once every 3 years in order to remain on the the Active Spotter list.

Questions on these Classes can be sent via Email to Larry Nierenberg, the SKYWARN Program Leader for the NWS Mt Holly NJ: Larry.Nierenberg at noaa.gov
