AMEN.  Tim is about to become the vice president of ETS and relaying  all 
the high opinions that the ETS contingent  have of TIm would be  too long for 
an E-Mail.

I have known Tim now for several years, he has been active  with our 
CERT/RACES program in South Plainfield along with me.  He has  demonstrated a 
genuine interest and activity in Amateur radio and emergency  services in 
addition to a wonderful 'team spirit' with everything he gets  involved.
I strongly support his membership to RVRC and ask the membership  to vote 
FOR his membership. I am confident that Tim will be a strong asset to  the 
RVRC and our goals in Amateur radio.
