[RVRC] Puzzle?

There is a guy  with the call WB2SGP. He calls himself "bud" and lives in
South River. His real name is Walter. HE spends most of his time on  2 meter
Simplex. Maybe he got a new MOBILE rig and was riding thru Spotswood?

Dennis W2IU and I heard a guy today who said he had a brand new Icom
from Spotswood.  OK, we thought he said his call was W2FGP - and when
I looked him up he disappeared from the repeater.  Wonder if we just
heard the call wrong.  I didn't get a name...anyone have any idea who
this might be?

BTW, I looked up hams in Spotswood (08884) and nothing's close.  Also
looked up FJP, SGP and other things that might sound like FGP.
